These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fenix Crowd Limited ("Fenix Crowd," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be a resident of an eligible jurisdiction supported by the platform
• Complete our investor categorization process
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not be prohibited from investing under applicable laws

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and may request additional documentation at any time.

Fenix Crowd operates an investment crowdfunding platform that connects investors with businesses and social enterprises seeking capital. We facilitate investment transactions but do not provide investment advice.

All investments made through our Platform are subject to the specific terms of each investment opportunity as set out in the relevant Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS).

You acknowledge that:

• A 4-day cooling-off period applies to all investments
• Investments are illiquid and may not be easily sold
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• You may lose all of your invested capital
