What is the Cooling-Off Period?
Under ECSPR regulations, all investors have a 4 calendar day cooling-off period after making an investment. During this time, you can cancel your investment for any reason and receive a full refund.
How It Works
- You make an investment on Day 0
- You have until the end of Day 4 to cancel
- To cancel, go to your Portfolio and click "Cancel Investment"
- Your funds will be returned to your wallet within 3-5 business days
Important Notes
- The cooling-off period is measured in calendar days (including weekends)
- No reason is required to cancel – it's your right
- You cannot partially cancel – it's all or nothing
- After the cooling-off period, your investment cannot normally be cancelled
