- Board minutes from last 12 months
Financial Documents
- Last 2 years of financial statements (audited if available)
- Current year management accounts
- Financial projections for next 3 years
- Bank statements (last 6 months)
Business Documents
- Pitch deck / business plan
- Key contracts (customers, suppliers)
- IP registrations (if applicable)
- Regulatory licenses (if applicable)
Team Documents
- CVs of founders and key team members
- Passport copies for directors
- Proof of address for directors
