Overview
Our application process is designed to be thorough but efficient. Most applications are processed within 4-6 weeks from submission to campaign launch.
Stage 1: Initial Application (1-2 days)
Submit your online application with:
- Company information and registration details
- Brief description of your business
- Funding amount and intended use
- Team information
Stage 2: Initial Review (3-5 days)
Our team reviews your application for basic eligibility and fit with our platform.
Stage 3: Due Diligence (2-3 weeks)
This is the most intensive phase. We will:
- Verify company registration and structure
- Review financial statements
- Conduct background checks on directors
- Assess your business model and market
- Review legal agreements and IP
Stage 4: Committee Review (1 week)
Your application is presented to our Investment Committee for final approval. They may request additional information or clarifications.
Stage 5: Campaign Preparation (1-2 weeks)
Once approved, we work with you to:
- Create your campaign page
- Prepare the KIIS document
- Set terms and launch date
- Brief you on campaign best practices
Stage 6: Launch!
Your campaign goes live and you start receiving investors.
