Who Can Raise on Fenix Crowd?

Fenix Crowd is focused on supporting Ukrainian businesses and charities seeking growth capital from diaspora and international investors. Before applying, please ensure you meet our basic eligibility requirements.

Basic Requirements

• Ukrainian connection: Company registered in Ukraine, or Ukrainian founders, or operations primarily serving Ukraine
• Legal entity: Must be a registered limited company (LLC, JSC, or equivalent)
• Funding goal: Seeking between €50,000 and €5,000,000
• No prohibited industries: See excluded sectors below
• Clean record: Directors have no unspent criminal convictions for financial crimes

Excluded Sectors

We cannot accept applications from companies operating in:

• Gambling and betting
• Adult entertainment
• Tobacco and vaping
• Weapons and military equipment
• Cryptocurrency and speculative assets (case-by-case)
• Multi-level marketing

Ideal Candidates

While we consider all eligible applications, our most successful campaigns typically:

• Have some revenue or clear path to revenue
• Can demonstrate market traction
• Have a committed founding team
• Can articulate a clear growth plan
• Have existing customers or users
